Joint Technical Solutions, LLC (JTS) is a Joint Venture (JV) between AI Signal Research Incorporated (ASRI) and ERC, now doing business as Astrion Group, located in Huntsville, AL. The JV is based on a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved Mentor Protégé Agreement with ASRI serving as the small business managing partner and Astrion as the minority member.
